How do I create an account?
Go to the registration page, enter your email and password, then click “Create an account.” You’ll receive a welcome email once it’s successful.
Why didn’t I receive a welcome email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure your email address was entered correctly during registration.
Can I use the same email for multiple accounts?
No, each account must be registered with a unique email address.
How do I change my email address used during registration?
To change your registration email, log in, navigate to Account Settings, update your email address, and confirm via the verification email.
